In 2013, we held raffles for each community to compete with the most effective social services activities provided.

The following were that year's winners:

January : Hickory Pointe Apartments in Melbourne, FL

February: Osprey Ridge Apartments in Clermont, FL

March: Avalon Reserve in Orlando, FL

April: Providence Reserve in Lakeland, FL

May: Madison Commons in Middleburg, FL

June: Whistler's Cove in Naples, FL

Each of these communities were able to close the leasing office at 3pm on a Friday and leave for a team outing in appreciation to their service to the communities.
