Find free summer meals for children everywhere in the United States through the USDA Meals for Kids Program. Simply visit this site and it will show you locations in the area where you can find meals for children. There is also information here for people seeking food assistance in general.
Personal Finance by Missouri State University. The classes require iTunes which can be downloaded for free from the website. For android users without access to a computer, you can also play these through Apple Music which is free in the app store. You can access 8 free personal finance classes and watch or listen to them at any time.

It can be very eye-opening to see how small expenses may add up without you knowing it.

They specialize in mental health issues and offer many kinds of support. They also have online therapy with licensed therapists available.
GoodRX is a great resource to check whether you have do or don’t have health insurance in order to compare prices and save on your prescriptions. All you have to do is enter the medication name on their website and they will do the work for you. You then just have to show the information to the pharmacist, and you can start saving right away.
While you can attend Silver Sneakers fitness classes in local gyms, they also offer many online videos for seniors to promote mobility and exercises from the comfort of your home. This page is a good place to start with 6 videos showing effective mobility exercises for older adults and others who may desire a more active lifestyle.
Food network Kitchen has a large variety of cooking videos that walk you to each step of their recipes. You can look for specific ideas or visit their page to be inspired to try something new, with ways to get the whole family involved.

Michaels Kids Club Online has new online classes every week this summer for the kids to learn skills and create projects at home! You can check their website for all the craft plans coming up to plan if you need to pick up minimal supplies or use what you have around the house.
