Founded in 2016, TreeHouse Affordable Housing is a 501C3 non-profit organization, created to address the critical need for safe, stable, and affordable housing for low-income households.Its primary focus is the development and preservation of housing that provides families with a strong foundation for stability. This is achieved by partnering with developers and governmental agencies that require or desire a nonprofit general partner for property acquisition. In these partnerships, Treehouse Affordable Housing ensures that affordable housing is made available to the public.

The Tree House Foundation, while separate, complements the mission of Treehouse Affordabel Housing by delivering direct resident services that support the overall well-being of individuals and families living in affordable housing communities.

Through three diverse programs, the Foundation enriches daily life and creates opportunities for residents to thrive.Though independently governed, both organizations share common goals, values, and a vision of holistic community impact. By working side by side, they are able to:
