OUR SERVICES

AFTER SCHOOL & SUMMER CAMPS

Supervised, structured, age-appropriate activities for elementary children are available during after school hours, Monday through Friday at certain communities.

ADULT EDUCATION

We provide families and seniors ABE, ESOL, GED and Computer Classes on site and virtually, at no cost to the residents. Our instructors are certified and experienced instructors.

EMPLOYMENT SERVICES

We assist residents who are in need of job placement and professional growth through a series of seminars, resume preparation, job fairs, and connections with local employers.

FOOD SUPPORT PROGRAM

Offered at select communities, alliances with local food pantries as well as on-site pantries ensures that residents in need are provided with this resource.

ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT

This includes such services as tax preparation by qualified professionals, as well as personal finance and budgeting workshops to improve financial literacy.

HEALTH FAIRS AND SCREENINGS

Services such as health screenings, flu shots, and vision and hearing tests are provided through regular visits by health care professionals as made available at certain communities.

HOUSING OUTREACH PROGRAM

We facilitate the Housing Outreach Program for select partner communities. With this program, we partner with several social service referral agencies in order to assist families who have experienced disrupted income due to no fault of their own and help them transition into partner housing.

REFERRAL SERVICES

We will connect any partner team member or resident to the social service resources that they are seeking. Accordingly, if new needs arise within the communities, we assist in developing the programs and partnerships to satisfy those needs.

RESIDENT ACTIVITIES

We partner with the the property management teams at each site to bring residents together and encourage a sense of community.

TEAM MEMBER SERVICES

We assist in providing new programming and resources to property management team members in order to meet their needs and encourage personal and professional growth.
