Welcome to Our Board, Kris Jensen!

We are excited to welcome Kristopher “Kris” Jensen to our Board of Directors!

Kris brings an incredible combination of professional expertise, leadership, and service to our organization. As an experienced corporate attorney, he advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, financing, corporate governance, and complex corporate and securities matters. His ability to navigate sophisticated legal and business challenges will be a tremendous asset as we continue to grow and strengthen our organization.

Before beginning his legal career, Kris served in the U.S. Navy as a cryptologic linguist, bringing a unique background in service, discipline, and leadership to his work today.

Kris earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he served as Senior Editor of the Stanford Law Review. He also earned an Arabic Language Certification from the Defense Language Institute and holds a B.S. from the University of Florida.

We are grateful to have Kris lending his time, experience, and perspective to our mission and look forward to the impact he will make alongside our fellow board members.
