Introducing Ryan Vandenburgh and Traci Blue: Our Newest Leadership Team Members

We are excited to introduce two remarkable individuals joining our leadership team: Ryan Vandenburgh and Traci Blue! With their diverse backgrounds and impressive experiences, they are poised to elevate our mission and take us to new levels of success. Meet Ryan Vandenburgh

Ryan Vandenburgh joins the Tree House Foundation Board with more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate lending. As Senior Vice President at Valley Bank in Tampa, he specializes in construction and development financing for multi-family, retail, office, and investment properties.

Before his current role, Ryan served as Vice President at both Ameris Bank and Trustco Bank, where he established a strong track record of partnership-driven lending that supported responsible development and local growth.

Ryan’s extensive financial expertise and strategic mindset will be invaluable as The Tree House Foundation continues to expand programs, strengthen partnerships, and grow sustainable impact in the communities we serve.

Introducing Traci Blue

We are equally excited to introduce Traci Blu as the newest member of our Board of Directors. Traci serves as the Director of Strategic Community Initiatives at Bright Community Trust and brings over 20 years of leadership experience in community relations, volunteer management, public relations, training, leadership development, and coaching.

A passionate advocate for collaboration and community engagement, Traci’s professionalism, attention to detail, and communication skills have made her a trusted leader throughout Central Florida. She holds certifications in Volunteer Administration (CVA) and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), both of which reflect her deep expertise in personal and organizational development.

Traci also brings a wealth of board leadership experience, having served in multiple high-impact roles, including:

• United Way Worldwide Volunteer and Employee Engagement Council Member

• Chair, United Way Worldwide Strategic Volunteer Engagement Committee

• Executive Committee, UCF Alumni Association Board of Directors

• Former Chair, UCF Alumni Community Volunteer Chapter
