My relocation to Orlando was motivated by a desire to make a difference, but I was met with unexpected hardship. Despite having a good job, I found myself homeless due to unforeseen circumstances and credit issues that made securing housing incredibly difficult. This was a truly challenging and disheartening time in my life. I felt lost and uncertain about the future.

Then, I was fortunate enough to be introduced to The Treehouse Foundation and its executive director, Brooke Sammons. Brooke's dedication and support were remarkable. She went above and beyond to help me navigate the complexities of finding stable housing, offering guidance and resources I didn't even know existed. Thanks to The Treehouse Foundation's program, I am now in a safe and comfortable apartment, finally able to start rebuilding my life in Orlando. I am eternally grateful for their compassion and unwavering commitment to helping people like me overcome adversity.

Would like to know why Rotonda

Lakes Apt's. has gone down so

Quickly. I moved in about 4 yrs.

Ago and it has gone from bad to

Worse. The office manager is un-

Approachable. Maintenance is good , but their budget must be

Low because many things that

Should be replaced are not. The

Real Estate is a beautiful piece of

Land that is totally neglected. Re-

Silent try.beautifying their small

Spaces and are fined for doing so.

The entrance fences are broken with no gated security in working

Order. Rubbish disposal area is

In plain sight and a disgusting area.

Should be fenced in. In part, decay

Is do to bad residents behavior.

And, dogs-well they do not belong
