Pooja recently spent several hours of one on one time, supporting a young adult client who came to us with one clear goal, to get a job.

What stood in her way wasn’t motivation. It was simply not knowing where to begin.

Pooja stepped in with calm, steady guidance. She helped the client set up a Gmail account, build her very first resume, and create a LinkedIn profile. These are foundational steps that can feel overwhelming without the right support.

Pooja did not rush the process. She worked at the client’s pace and met her exactly where she was.

There was no pressure. No shame. Just support.

Even in moments that felt uncomfortable, Pooja instinctively knew how to pause, sit in it, and gently guide her forward. She even went a step further by helping the client prepare for and take a professional photo so she could confidently show up in her new digital spaces!
