Ben Griffin - Board President

The Tree House Foundation is thrilled to welcome Ben Griffin as our new Board President! Ben Griffin is A lifelong native of Central Florida, Ben Griffin is dedicated to leadership and community service. He graduated from Seminole State College’s Automotive Technology Program and went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida in 2013.

Since 2010, Ben has served as Senior Operations Manager at CarMax, where he leads a team of 150 associates, driving top performance and earning recognition as Florida’s highest-performing CarMax location for multiple years.

Passionate about giving back, Ben has played a key role in the CarMax Cares initiative, overseeing 19 stores and more than 2,000 employees in meaningful community projects. He also brings valuable board experience from his tenure with Lake County Technical College.
